To get started:
  1. Log in to Pioneer’s Online Banking service
  2. Click the "Self Service" tab and select "Alerts"
  3. A new screen will open and you'll select the "Go to Mobile Banking" link
  4. A new screen will open and  you'll select the "Text Banking: Activate Now" link
  5. Enroll your mobile phone using your phone number and you will receive an Activation Code
  6. You’ll receive a text message from 79680 (Pioneer’s short code)
  7. Reply to that text message with the activation code you received
  8. You’re all set! Use the text commands below to get the information you need

Telephone Banking lets you manage your money:
  • Check your current account balances.
  • Transfer money between eligible accounts.
  • Make Pioneer loan payments from your Pioneer Bank deposit account over the phone.**
Call Telephone Banking at 1.844.892.3086:
  • Press 1 for information on an existing account, including deposit accounts, loan accounts, transfers and loan payments
  • Press 2 for general bank information including hours and locations
  • Press 3 To report a bank ATM or debit card lost or stolen
  • Press 4 If you are a merchant calling to verify a check
**You can access account information, transfer money between statement accounts, and make payments to Pioneer Bank loan accounts using Telephone Banking. Access is subject to verification by using your user ID and an access code. All transactions are subject to verification and availability of funds. Transferred funds will be available immediately if the transaction has taken place during business hours; Monday – Friday 9:00am – 8:00pm EST. Transactions completed after business hours will be available on the next business day. If you are using a rotary phone, a bank operator will assist you during work hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm EST and Saturday 8:30am - 1:30pm EST. Some services may be unavailable after 1:00am EST weeknights due to system updating. Funds transfers are available to statement account holders only (checking, statement savings, consumer loans and mortgages.) Preauthorized payments to third parties and ATM services are not permitted with any passbook savings accounts. If you have any questions regarding your account information, please call the Pioneer Bank Customer Care Center at 518.730.3000.
Mobile Check Deposit makes check deposits fast and easy:
  • Deposit most domestic checks, up to the item number and dollar amount limits specified in terms and conditions (Mobile Check Deposit is not valid for money orders, foreign items, savings bonds or third party checks).
  • Endorse your check "For Mobile Deposit Only."
  • Photograph the front and back of your check, and submit it through the Mobile App.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email upon receipt and a second email with deposit status.

Start saving today by enrolling in our Pocket Change program. Each purchase made using your Pioneer Instant Issue debit card will round up to the nearest dollar and the balance - your Pocket Change - will automatically be transferred to your Pioneer Savings account.
