NOTICE: Pioneer is relocating our Troy Branch from 21 Second Street to 547 River Street. The current branch will close effective December 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., and the new branch will open Monday, December 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
Customer accounts will automatically transfer to the new location, and no action is required. Account numbers and account types will remain the same. The new branch will offer a fresh, modern banking environment, dedicated parking, and other customer-focused improvements.

I-87 North: Take Exit 7. Travel East on Alternate Rte. 7 for approximately 3 1/2 miles to the Downtown Troy exit. Stay in the left hand lane on the exit. Take a right onto Federal Street. At the next traffic light take a left onto River Street. At the second light bear to your right, staying on River Street. Just past the monument (on your left), take a left onto 1st Street, then your next left onto State Street. Take your next left onto 2nd Street. Pioneer will be on the left hand side.

I-787 North: Take 787 North to 23rd Street exit - Exit 8. At the end of the ramp take a right. At your next traffic light take a right and cross over the Green Island Bridge. Take a right onto River Street. At the second light bear to your right, staying on River Street. Just past the monument (on your left), take a left onto 1st Street, then your next left onto State Street. Take your next left onto 2nd Street. Pioneer will be on the left hand side.
