You can set up an external account transfer with any financial institution through our Online Banking platform.
If you don't have Online Banking:
You can self-enroll in online banking using information from your mortgage. Use this step-by-step guide to get started.
Online with a Pioneer checking account.
If you open a Pioneer checking account, you can make your mortgage payments via an automatic payment from that account, as well as access many innovative and convenient features that come with your account.
With a teller at any of our branch locations.
Visit any of our 22 branch locations and speak a teller who will be happy to assist you in processing your mortgage payments or setting up an automatic payment to make your mortgage payment on a recurring basis.
Through an ITM (Interactive Teller Machine).
Our ITMs allow you to interact with a teller via video to complete banking transactions, including making your mortgage payments. Visit any Pioneer ITM and touch the screen to connect with a teller.
