Pioneer Bank Starts Renovations at Brunswick Branch

Branch will remain open during duration of renovation project, which will add state-of-the-art technology and unique amenities
Brunswick, New York — Pioneer Bank announced today construction has begun on its Brunswick Branch, located at 712 Hoosick Street. The branch will remain open throughout the renovation period, and customers will continue to have access to Pioneer's full suite of services.
Renovations are expected to be completed over the winter months. The newly renovated Brunswick Pioneer Bank Branch will keep the look and feel of the bank's recently updated branch design, with cutting-edge features and customer amenities. The 3,200-square-foot branch employs 11 team members.
Renovations will include the addition of a retail shop, a coin machine, and a drive-up Interactive Teller Machine, a convenience that allows customers to complete transactions during the same hours that the Customer Care Center is open and emphasizes the importance of being easy to do business with.

Pioneer's Interactive Teller Machine technology was introduced in 2015 and has received rave reviews from customers. The ITM functions much like an ATM, but allows customers to video conference with a remote Pioneer Customer Care representative. Customers are able to complete most transactions and services available at a physical teller station, including making loan payments, deposits/withdrawals or making account transfers.
