Culture & Careers
Pioneer isn't just another financial institution, we're a group of local leaders and neighbors who actively pursue and promote the well-being of our community. We're here to provide guidance and encouragement while advocating for your best interests and offering the tools and knowledge you need to be successful.
To inspire progress one individual, one family, one business, and one community at a time.
To accomplish this, Pioneer understands that we need to work together to lift each other higher; we need to surround our customer with the products and services they need to be successful; and we, as an organization, need to continue to expand our offerings to better fit the needs of our community.
We're Pioneer, and we're moving All Together ForwardSM.
Making a difference in the communities we serve
The Pioneer Bank Foundation's Making Change Committee provides financial support and encourages involvement in the communities we serve, with a focus on enhancing the lives of our youth. Our employees generously give their time to take a leadership role in setting the direction for our charitable giving and volunteer efforts.
Every year, our committee members, coworkers, family, and friends participate in fund-raising and charity events throughout the area, raising thousands of dollars to help local organizations. Through the Pioneer Bank Foundation, we are able to provide even more support to those in our community and fulfill our mission of "helping kids be kids."
Some of the causes that we have contributed to:
- Food Pantries
- Illness Fundraisers
- Relief Agencies
- Community Organizations
- Youth Sports Teams
