Albany Business Review: Wolf Road restaurant property sold

"Jeff Weiss, CEO of Glennpeter Jewelers, has added another property to his Wolf Road portfolio. Weiss purchased 107 Wolf Road, which houses a Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. The sale closed last week after being under contract for six months. The property sold for $2.05 million. Pioneer provided a mortgage of about $1.5 million, according to county documents."
