Albany Business Review: Pioneer buys two Albany region employee benefits consulting businesses

The Colonie-based community bank has acquired Reiser Consulting Group Inc. of Albany and Wyndham Benefits LLC of Ballston Spa, according to an announcement this week. The terms of the acquisitions, both effective Monday, weren't disclosed.

Theresa Reiser, who owned Reiser Consulting Group, will lead Pioneer's employee benefits division as a vice president. Chris Goodness, who owned Wyndham Benefits, has also joined the bank. Reiser's business had one employee, who has also joined Pioneer."
